Personally Identifiable Data (PII) and other information collected:
When accessing this website:

• Your IP address and time of accessing the website is logged by the webserver.
  • Logs are purged after 14 days and are not backed up or recoverable.
  • Logs are never shared with third parties.
  • The only purpose of these logs are for mitigating attacks (blacklisting/blocking connections with suspected malicious intent) and for investigating issues with the website.
• The language of your web-browser is queried to determine which language the website is displayed in (French, English or Dutch), a cookie is used to keep the language consistent and expires with 24 hours.  This is not stored on the webserver.
• When contacting the owner using the contact form on this website:
  • Your name, email address and your message is sent to the owner by email, the connection to the email server is encrypted and the contents of the form is not stored on the webserver.
  • Any data entered into the contact form is not shared with third parties and is only stored in the email inbox of the owner for the purpose of responding to the message and/or making a reservation at La Rame.
• All information is handled in accordance to the GDPR law of the European Union and any other local legislation or legal requirements.
• No use is made of profiling or automated decision-making.

Any further information that may be collected or stored is what was given by you to the above owner, by phone, email or via the contact form, which will also include your arrival and departure date if you make a reservation.  No data is processed outside of the EU or the European Economic Area. 

The computer of the owner / data controller is password protected and receives emails sent to the @la-rame.fr domain over an encrypted connection (TLS 1.2 or TLS 1.3) over the internet.  In the unlikely event of a data leak it will be reported within 72 hours.
